The weekend has been fairly boring for Jack and me because Kevin is in Fort Worth, TX for the Cow Town War Bird Round Up. It's some crazy air show type thing where aviation geeks look at a bunch of planes and ask Kevin questions about the F-16. The main reason he wanted to go was to be able to catch up with some good friends in the area. We are excited for him to get home tomorrow.

Desperate for something to do today, I decided to hit some shopping hot spots in Destin. First up, Target! We have been talking about getting Jack an Elmo DVD because he is currently obsessed with the red monster. We DVR Sesame Street only to fast forward through the first 40 minutes so we can get to Elmo's World. All the while, Jack is chanting, "Melmo! Melmo!" Jack's wildest dreams came true when we bought two Elmo DVDs today.




Our next shopping stop was also clearly more for my enjoyment than Jack's as we headed to Build a Bear Workshop. Jack's first task was to pick an animal to stuff. He debated between the Dinosaur, Elephant and Dog and ended up with the "daw." Jack picked a heart and it was stuffed into the dog he named "Woof Woof".

After finally escaping Build a Bear we made a quick trip to the fountains. Jack was more interested in Woof Woof the Dog than in playing in the water.
