Hitting the Beach with Family

Jack and I are very lucky to have family visiting this week while Kevin is out of town. Jack's grandmama Lisa, who he's started calling "Sasa", his great aunt Sarah and cousin Erin arrived late Friday night and will be hanging out with us all week.
Today we went to Henderson Beach State Park in Destin and had an great time. There was a red flag waving today, which means high hazard due to rough conditions such as strong surf and or currents. Turns out Tropical Storm Edouard was kicking up in the gulf and it made for some really big waves. I'm not naming names, but more than one of us was knocked on our butts and we might have, on occasion, flashed the beach while losing bathing suit top or bottom.

Jack was very busy on the beach today filling his watering can and pouring it into his sand creation over and over and over. And over again."Sasa" helped Jack fill his can on multiple occasions.Jack also had fun playing in the ocean with all of us, including Aunt Sarah.
After playing hard all morning, Jack went "night-night" like his Aunt Sarah who was actually just enjoying the beautiful sunshine. We are looking forward to lots more fun with everyone this week.
