I said I wasn't going to do this, but I'm sorry, I'm proud of my latest sewing accomplishments. This dress pattern was a challenge for me and I'm really pleased I managed to make two without tearing my hair out. I warn you now, do not look closely - the necks and armholes were torture and it shows.

I made this version second and it turned out better than the first. (You can imagine how bad
that one looks up close.)
I made matching bloomers, too!

They both are really cute. As you sew more, you'll get the hang of the harder parts. Can't wait to see her wearing them.
These are so cute, Kate!
They are sooo cute!! Great job!
Kate- i'm very impressed with your little sewing projects!! They look GREAT!! Keep it up!
Awesome! I love the fabrics. Very cute, and yes, I can't wait to see her wearing them too! Nice work, Kate.
Wow, I am so impressed! I want a dress for me! Are you making grown-up dresses?
Thanks, everyone! I think they turned out cute, but I definitely have room for improvement. I'm just hoping to be good enough to make some dresses as gifts. We'll see.
Cute outfits! You should make a matching tie for Jack.
